It's the most wonderful time of the year. I love Christmas in Paso Robles... starting off with the Light Parade on Spring Street, the Vine Street Showcase, the Golf Cart Light Parade at Heritage Ranch, the Pleasant Valley School children's Christmas show... all of these traditions really get me in the Christmas spirit. Decorating the tree is always a big highlight... here is Lilly placing the Angel atop our tree this year. Merry Christmas to all!!!
I love December in Paso Robles. Especially when the city Christmas decorations begin to appear downtown. Last weekend we stopped by our favorite candy shop... Rocky Mountain Chocolate for some of their delicious carmel apples. We walked across the street to the city park and were pleasantly surprised to see the old library building open and accessible. I love old buildings and this is one of my favorites to photograph. The angel of "JOY" is appropriate here I think.
Since it is Thanksgiving next week, I want to take this opportunity to thank all of my clients for allowing me into your lives to photograph you and your families... your personalities and your relationships. I enjoyed getting to know all of you.
Many changes are taking place at Karen Marie Photography. Personal changes have taken place in my life and with these changes, new opportunities have presented themselves. Many of you know that we moved... not too far though. We are still in Paso Robles and will continue to serve all of San Luis Obispo county. Heritage Ranch is where we call home now. It is beautiful out here by the lake, lots of wildlife and beautiful landscapes make for amazing photo opportunities which I will be taking advantage of. So look for my new "Fine Art" gallery of my website coming soon. The only changes to my portrait photography will be that I will offer a limited amount of wedding service. I want to thank all of my wedding clients that I had the amazing opportunity to photograph on their special day... you are all wonderful people and I wish you all the best.
Happy Thanks giving to all!
